  1. How do I know if I have won?
    All winners will be announced on the site after the meter limit(s) has been reached and/or counter or time has expired with the members needed to join. In addition winners will be contacted via the email account that they have registered with on the site. (Important Note - Make sure to add info@sweepsnation.com to your address book so that our notifications and emails are not diverted to your spam folder!).
  2. Where are the winners announced?
    Winners will be announced on the SweepsNation.com winner's page and via registered email accounts of the winner.
  3. Is there anything I have to do to get a prize I have won?
    No. All prizes will be automatically shipped to the address the winning member listed in their account when they registered. However, as a winner we would appreciate it if you submit feedback to share with other members and site visitors to let everyone know how amazing the site is and that the prizes are legitimate or send us a winner testimonial to info@sweepsnation.com.
  4. What happens if I have not received an account confirmation or other email from SweepsNation?
    Many email services have advanced spam filters that can not distinguish between a new email address and spam. To avoid this problem make sure to add info@sweepsnation.com to your address book so that our notifications and emails are not diverted to your spam folder. If you are still unable to receive emails from SweepsNation please let us know by contacting us at info@sweepsnation.com.

  9. How do I log into my account?
    You can enter your user name and password in any of the Login Boxes on the site.
  10. What happens if I forget my user name and/or password?
    You may click here to have a reminder e-mail sent to the e-mail address you used when signing up, or you can contact us to reset your user name and/or password by sending an e-mail to Admin@sweepsnation.com. We can reset your user name and/or password by sending a link to the requesting member's registered email account for a prompted response.
  11. What if I forget the email address I used when I became a SweepsNation member?
    If you forget the email address you registered with on the site you can either log into your account and check your administrative profile or set up a new account with another email address.
  12. How do I change my username and/or password?
    You may change your password at anytime by logging into your account and editing your profile.
  13. How do I change my email address?
    You may change your email address by logging into your account and editing it under your profile administration.

  16. What is SweepsNation's Cancellation Policy?
    You may cancel your SweepsNation.com membership at anytime. Simply email info@sweepsnation.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership" along with your user name and your membership will be immediately canceled.

    Please note that once you cancel your membership you will become ineligible from all future Progressive Sweeps and any HOTsweeps you have entered. In addition, once your membership is canceled all of your extra entries will be considered forfeited from your MySweepsBank and invalid for future contests.
  17. How can I remove myself from your email bulletins?
    Option 1:

    Simply log into your Sweepsnation.com account. Once you are logged in:

    - Click on the "my profile" link
    - At the bottom of your profile click on "edit my profile"
    - You can choose your preference by selecting to check or un-check the box "Contact me about Sweepsnation.com special offers, news and events".

    Option 2:

    You may also send an email to info@sweepsnation.com with the subject line "Remove from Email List" to request that you no longer receive emails from the site. Please note this WILL NOT cancel your membership. However, we will no longer be able to send you valuable information about new features or information about the site. Once you have been removed from our email list you may choose to reactivate this feature at any time by sending another email to info@sweepsnation.com with the subject line "Add to Email List."
  18. When does my account expire?
    Never. Once you register on SweepsNation you will have a lifetime membership.
  19. How can I cancel my account?
    You can cancel your account by clicking here and entering your email address when prompted or send an email to info@sweepsnation.com with the subject line "remove email" or "cancel account".
  20. If I cancel my account can I sign-up again?
    Yes. As long as an email account is not already registered you may sign-up at any time.
  21. Can I sign-up more than once with the same email account?
    No. Each email address is entitled to one registered membership.
  22. Can I sign-up more than once with multiple email accounts?
    Yes. But we recommend playing games, trivia or brainteasers to increase your sweepstakes entries and chances of winning. We ask that you not abuse this feature by registering countless email addresses.
  23. Are there any fees associated with my prize(s)?
    NO!!!

    SweepsNation does not charge any fees for your winnings. We even cover the shipping and handling for you. However, if your prize has a value that is greater than $600 by law you are required to pay taxes to the government. You will be required to fill out a W-9 tax form before you accept your prize.
